As you’ll see from the below, November continued 2011′s astonishing spec market performance. Despite the Thanksgiving holiday, the second half of the month was as strong as the first. Three studio buyers were in the mix, including two sales to Universal, and five other buyers got active as well. November 2011′s 9 spec sales were more than double 2010′s tally, mirroring the 2011 spec market overall.
