This time last year we were breathing sighs of relief as an exceedingly slow summer gave way to the start of the Fall Selling Season. Not this year, though. Don’t get us wrong, we’re looking forward to our inboxes filling with loads of fantastic material over the next couple of months, but as you’ll see from the below August Spec Market Roundup, spec sales were as strong through the summer as they’ve been all year.
