Scoggins Report - September 2011 Spec Market Roundup

We’re calling it: 2011 is officially the best year for spec sales since before the 2007-2008 WGA strike. As you’ll see in the new edition of The Scoggins Report, Warner Bros.’s and Summit’s purchases this week put the total number of specs sales in 2011 decisively over 2009′s high water mark (73). Well done you, Hollywood.
