THE CURRENT SEASON
ABC went all out yesterday, giving full season orders to ONCE UPON A TIME, LAST MAN STANDING, and HAPPY ENDINGS, TheWrap reports.
THE DEVELOPMENT SEASON
MOB WIVES is making its way to the scripted side of TV. ABC is developing BEAUTIFUL GANGSTERS, a drama about three mob wives who make a deal to join the Witness Protection Program, and move to Canada. Bob Cooper and Anthony LaPaglia are producing from a script written by recent UCLA Film School grad Ryan Tavlin. The project is being considered for next summer’s lineup.

In more ABC news, the network is developing an untitled comedy about a morning show host who reaches a tipping point. The cool factor for this project? It’ll be written by and star Nia Vardalos, of MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING glory. Can we expect to fast forward through Windex ads? Only time will tell.

Deals
Paul and Chris Weitz have signed a first-look deal for cable series with Fox.
OTHER FUN STUFF
Vulture published a lists of all the comedies and dramas in development this season. If you like pretty impressive roundups (and who are we kidding, you must, as you’re reading this one. *pats self on back*), you’ll really dig these.
