Paramount Pictures and producer J.J. Abrams are adapting One Last Thing Before I Go after sealing a seven figure deal with the author, Jonathan Tropper, who will also pen the script. The book is a dramedy about a man whose life falls into disarray when his ex-wife marries a better man, his college-bound daughter reveals she’s pregnant, and he finds out he could die any minute. The deal was brokered by UTA.
