George Clooney and Grant Heslov are signed on to produce THE $700 BILLION MAN through their Smokehouse Pictures shingle. Zach Helm (STRANGER THAN FICTION) will write the script, based on a Washington Post article. Clooney is circling the project as a directing vehicle.
