John McNaughton signed on to helm the dramatic thriller, ‘The Harvest.’ McNaughton is also attached to the upcoming flick, ’Shoedog.’ ’The Harvest‘ centers on a 13-year old boy, who happens to be ill, and lives an extremely controlled life. His mother, a cardiothoracic surgeon, and his father, a retired nurse, micromanage his life. Finally a neighbor, the same age as the son, moves in next door and gives him hope for a better life. Natasha Calis, Leslie Lyles, Michael Shannon and Meadow Williams are attached to star, among others.
