E. L. Katz sold a 3D animation family horror comedy, ZOMBIE PET SHOP, to The Animation Picture Company. The screenplay, originally out from Greg Pedicin at Gersh and Jeremy Platt at Generate, will be produced by John Davis, Ash Shah, Dan Chuba, Brian Manis, Mark Dippe and Platt.

Karen Bloch Morse's teen comedy SOMETHING CLIQUED, sold to Disney for Panay Films and Underground Films to produce. Alex Ankeles will oversee the project for Panay, while Andrew Panay, Trevor Engelson, and Nick Osborne will produce. The screenplay originally went out from Gersh and Underground.

Esola and Fenton do it again: This spec has sold to Warner Bros. for Joel Silver to produce through his Silver Pictures. Sarah Schechter will oversee for the studio. Hearing it went for mid-six figures and that directors are already circling. And it's no longer untitled: It's "Line of Sight."

He's attached to direct Emma Forrest's adaptation of a Norwegian film, THE BOSS OF IT ALL, for Imagine Entertainment and Universal. Forrest wrote the 2009 blacklist script LIARS (A to E).
