We're just a couple of days away from launching www.itsonthegrid.com, a subscription-supported, web-based database of the feature film development business.  It's like The Studio System, but specifically for Open Writing Assignments and spec tracking…and at introductory pricing you're going to have to see to believe.  If you're in the movie business already, you're going to think it's the best new tool since you converted your paper phonesheet to FileMaker Pro.  And if you're trying to break into the business, it'll be a window on the development world you've never known was there, let alone had a chance to peek through.

We'll be adding posts below describing the who, what, where, why and how of it all over the next several days.  And as we move forward, we'll be using this blog as the public (read: "Free") section of the site to share OWA- and spec-related news, updates and other information on a daily basis as well.  In the meantime, if you give us your name and email address in the form to the right, we'll shoot you an email when the site launches.  Don't worry, we won't share, sell or otherwise expose your contact information to anyone.
