Arise Pictures and Emmett/Furla Films have both signed on as production companies for the David Raymond-helmed and penned flick, ‘Absence of War.’ The action-thriller’s logline is kept under wraps but said to take place in the mysterious world of private intelligence companies and in the vein of ‘James Bond‘ or ‘Mission Impossible‘ franchises.
