‘The Hooligan Factory,’ the sports-comedy from scribes Nick Nevern and Michael Lindley has found two production companies. Altitude Film Entertainment and Think Big Productions will serve as production companies for the project, which also has Nevern set to direct. The flick centers on a young man’s life, which takes an unexpected turn when he falls in line with an infamous soccer hooligan who was recently released from prison.
