Warner Bros. has acquired the film rights to Michael Armour’s upcoming novel, ‘The Road Home’. Scott Cooper has signed on to direct, write, and produce, while Leonardo DiCaprio will produce and star. Jennifer Davisson Killoran will also produce through Appian Way. The film will follow a man who finds himself in a scandal when he is asked to investigate the brutal murder of a local man, a case that local police have tried to hide.
