Identity Films and Flat Penny Films are developing a remake of Frank Capra’s 1948 political drama, ‘State of the Union’. The companies secured the rights to the Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse. Anthony Mastromauro is producing for Identity, while Amy Lanier is producing for Flat Penny. They are currently seeking writers.
