Fox 2000 and New Regency have acquired the film rights to Josh Grisham’s novel ‘The Racketeer’. The story follows an imprisoned lawyer who has inside knowledge on the details of the murder of a federal judge. Daniel Espinosa will direct, as well as executive produce with Shelley Browning. Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher are producing through Double Feature Films. A search for a writer to adapt the novel is currently underway.
