‘Doll,’ has two production companies signed on for the project. Both Tree and Chartoff Productions are attached. The flick, from a story by Mark Maclaine, will be rewritten by Campbell Graham. The drama centers on a female singer whose hearing is progressively worsening, but she pushes through to keep performing.
