‘Ward 8‘ is a new spec out on the market from scribe Tasha Huo. Peter Letz will manage through his management and production banner, Cousin Pete. The script is pitched as ‘The Ring‘ meets ‘District 9.’ It will be a contained sci-fi thriller flick, but has a big twist that that sets up a larger world and franchise.
