‘One Red Paper Clip‘ is a pitch from writer Maria Maggenti, whose most recent project was ‘Monte Carlo.’ MGM is in talks to acquire the flick, which would tell the true tale of a man who wins his girlfriend’s heart by trading one red paper clip all the way up to a house for the two of them to live in. Laurence Mark will produce through his self-titled production company, Laurence Mark Productions.
