Andrew Panay will produce via his Panay Films productions banner for ‘Wheel Man.’ The action-comedy can already boast the Walt Disney name, as Disney has signed on as studio. The flick centers on an experienced limo driver who is sent to babysit the spoiled children of a mob boss who has gone missing.
