Evan Spiliotopoulos is in talks to pen the script for Paramount‘s ’Young Sherlock Holmes‘ remake. The story begins when assorted people start having inexplicable delusions that lead to their deaths, which leads a teenage Sherlock Holmes to begin investigating.
