Simon Beaufoy has signed on to scribe ‘Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk.’ The dramedy tells the tale of a nineteen-year-old American soldier and his final hours spent in his home country before he and his fellow soldiers must return to Iraq. The film is based on Ben Fountain‘s book of the same name.
