Spenser Cohen will helm, and write, ‘High Value Target,’ at the Nu Image/Millennium Films studio. Zach Luna will co-write the flick, which is pitched as a combination of ‘Black Hawk Down’ and ‘Raid.’ The story follows an international squad of private military contractors who infiltrate a cargo ship which is overrun by pirates, so they can capture and extract the pirate warlord, the high value target.
