Marcia Gay Harden has signed on to star in the romantic comedy, ‘Elsa & Fred.’ The flick, from scribes Michael Radford and Anna Pavignano, centers on aging widowers Elsa and Fred, who visit the Trevi Fountain in Rome, the landmark from Fellini’s ‘La Dolce Vita,’ and the experience rekindles their passion for love. Radford is also attached to direct the project.
