Bippity boppity boo! ‘Cinderella‘ may have found its evil stepmother in ‘Lawless‘-starrer, Cate Blanchett. Mark Romanek will helm the flick, a fresh and modern retelling of the classic fairytale, where the prince is set for a politically arranged marriage until the prince meets Cinderella. Aline Brosh McKenna was previously attached to pen the script, but Chris Weitz has since replaced him.
