Barry Josephson has signed on to produce Stan Lee’s ‘Annihilator’, which will follow a Chinese expatriate named Ming who participates in a secret U.S. super soldier program that gives him extraordinary abilities that compliment his martial arts training. Dan Gilroy wrote the script based on a treatment by Lee.
