Scott Higgs is in final negotiations to helm ‘Fallen‘, the Young-Adult novel by Lauren Kate about a young woman being courted by two fallen angels who have vied for her love for centuries. Kathryn Price and Nichole Millard wrote the screenplay, and Mark Ciardi and Gordon Gray are producing through Mayhem Pictures.
